No instructions included (website support in German!) , no memory card. Grainy images, no video support, no speakers. Bulky plug as it comes as a 2 pin European with a UK adapter. Cheap looking, no USB connection so you'll need to get a card reader
I'd spend a few extra pounds and get something better!
To correct a first page review, No memory card is enclosed. There were also no instructions, so I couldn't get it up and running, and the delivery was way longer than that described.
Now I have the problem of trying to sort out my mother's and my mother-in-law's Christmas presents with no time left.
I was very disappointed with this product. The quality was terrible and part of the trim fell off. The resolution is poor and the screen is very grainy. Its cheap but not worth the money.
It is not easy for people who dont know how to use PC, but if you know how, then why you have this useless item.
I want get one for my mum but seems it is not easy to use for her at all, and most of the time it is kind of funny to wasting the power when it is on, It is also make me feel bad during the night when it is on. come on, get something useful with 40 pound plus postage.
A poor quality image (far too much contrast) makes this unsuitable for the job designed...showing off a range of photos in a home setting. Unlike one obviously lucky reviewer, there was no memory SD card included. As there is no internal memory I had to buy a card, card reader and connections before even beginning to use this photo frame. Once all done the end product is very disappointing as the image quality is very poor. I wished I'd opted to spend £10 more (which I had to do anyway for a card reader and SD card!!!) and bought a better quality model. Some brand name models for a few £s more come with a remote (this one doesn't have one) better image and better functionality.
