When trading in your old devices HP can give you peace of mind that they are being disposed of correctly. They work with a recycling partner that is highly accredited2 and can commit to secure and GDPR compliant disposal of your used kit.
The Complaint Disposal Service includes:
- Secure GPS tracked collection from site using hard sided vehicles and vetted staff.
- Removal of old kit from premises.
- Removal of packaging.
- Government approved CESG data destruction of all HDDs and media using Blanccoor shredding the device.
- Full asset reporting by make, model, serial number, asset number alongside a certificate of data destruction listing data bearing assets by serial and confirming they have been sanitised.
- Full WEEE documentation and reporting for environmental compliance.
