Ordered 6.30pm,got the next day,Dabs came up trumps yet again. Well as far as this review goes,what can i say except does exectly what it says on the box EEEEEHHHHHHHAAAAAAAA !!!! :D
The ability to connect my Digi Box and PC to the same set of 5.1 speakers led me to this product, but I didn't expect such good sound quality. Yes, the Sub is huge, but it is attractive and becomes part of the furniture. I like the fact that they use proper speaker cable, so I can buy extra and wire it behind the skirting board when I get time. For the person wanting to move the control unit further away from the sub - it is just a standard VGA connector, and Dabs do an extension cable. Works a treat. As usual Dabs were great. All in all I can't think of a better solution to me sound needs.
Great set of speakers at an amazing price. Arrived very quickly as usual with dabs (2 days!). Took me a while to wire this up, but it was well worth it in the end. I have it hooked up to my Playstation 3 using a digital optical cable, bought at the same time (quicklinx: 3B48DM). GTAIV is a totally different experience now!
Having gone from a cheap brand (Trust), to logitech, (being well known but not to expensive, more of a mid-range brand) I did not expect this. For around £200 I figured they would be good, but these are simply incredible. The bass is HUGE compared to my old set, and the satellite speakers are astounding. These speakers have won awards and for a good reason. Everything about these speakers shouts value, quality and grace. They look sleek and exceptional, coupled with the interchangeable covers, adds a whole new dimension to speakers at this price. If you are considering buying a 5.1 system get these. Absolutely nothing at this price can match these, even at £300 you would struggle to find a better set. Logitech as a brand name are, as before mid-range for price, but outshine any other mid-range brand name in quality and challenge even top brands. Make no mistake, at £200 you would be simply silly to buy a different set of 5.1 speakers that are on the current market.
Amazing speakers at a reasonable price. Have had a few issues and had to get logitech to replace the set once but they are quick sending them out and helpful on the phone, to collin below, sounds like the little fuse in the back of the subwoofer has blown, get in touch with logitech through the website and they willhelp you.
Hi all. Um sorry to ruin the good reviews here and having to be the one different here. When I got it on Fri April 25 everything was going so well until on Saturday April 26 where I thought I'll try it on the Plasma so I can play it through my Ps3 but stupid me after all that time and trying to hook it up lol I realised that I had to buy an extra thing for it unlike I dont have to for the Laptop and I didnt even switch it on, so I moved it back upstairs on to the Laptop and for soome weird reason It's just not turning on at all mean they cant be a faulty wire already? Any suggestions on this? Thanks

If you're after a fat sub in a package surround system this is it -it's truly gigantic and performance to match. I've never been able to use max volume (also a decent sound card) without the neighbours complaining and the whole house shaking lol not that you need to.
The Quality of the sound is good and can be incredible if you take the time to adjust the various settings (which are easy enough to do)The console and remote are very useful and a feature I hadn't considered when buying. In response to a previous comment there is a headphone plug on the display console (for ease of use) as well as an optical cable etc
Before spending 200 quid on speakers make sure your sound card isn't a pile of (fill in blank)
Recently purchased these speakers, replacing an older logitech 5.1 system, and was astounded at the quality of the sounds produced.
Setting up the system didnt take long, longest part was decieding if i wanted the covers on or off the speakers.
Also play to incredibly loud volumes, thought i had reached the top, but spun the volume button some more and found out that there was ANOTHER "booster" setting, which seriously shakes the house... cant fault these speakers SUPERB product!
These speakers are fantastic. My one and only gripe is that the fuse in the subwoofer unit blows from time to time (these are 20mm 2amp 'slow blow' fuses), but this seems to be remedied by be using a power strip that has a surge protector built in.
