You may have noticed that there's more than one way to make a purchase on our website. You can choose to either:
- check out via the main checkout process
- or checkout via PayPal Both options give you the flexibility to choose how and where you would like your order to be delivered but if you choose to use PayPal there are a few differences which we would like to make you aware of. There are actually two ways in which you can choose to checkout via PayPal.
Option 1 is to checkout as a guest. If you’ve never shopped with us before and do not want to create a Dabs account then please select “checkout via PayPal” on the basket page. By using this option you will have access to your PayPal address book and will be able to choose the delivery method that suits you best.
Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email confirming your order and when we’ve dispatched your order we’ll send you email confirming the name of the delivery company and the tracking number.
If you would like to be able to check the progress of your order you will need to register for a Dabs account. You can do this simply by giving us a password either on the order confirmation page or by using the link in the order confirmation email that we send you. Similarly if you want to take advantage of our online returns system you will need to activate your account.
You can request the activation of your Dabs account at any time by contacting our customer services team.
Option 2 is to use the main checkout process and either log in or create a Dabs account. Once you are in checkout you’ll be able to select PayPal as a payment option. By using this method you’ll have a Dabs account which you can use for future orders and you’ll instantly be able to track the progress of your order and use our online returns process.

Do I need to log into my Dabs account to Checkout via PayPal?
No you can choose to use the express checkout which will bypass our usual account set up. However if you log into PayPal using the same email address that you used to log into the Dabs site then we will add your new order to your existing account.
Do I need to create an account to use Paypal?
No you can choose to use the express checkout which will bypass our usual account set up. However if you want to be able to track the progress of your order or create online returns you will need to activate your account.
Can I amend an order where I've checked out via PayPal?
No, but if it has not been dispatched you could cancel it in its entirety either by contacting our customer services team or logging into your account if you have one.
Can I return goods to Dabs if I checked out via PayPal?
Of course! Regardless of the checkout process you choose, the Returns Policy remains the same. To arranage a return please either log into your Dabs account or contact our customer services dept.
