Lenovo Iomega ix2-200 is a compact desktop network storage for small offices, remote offices or home networks. Based on enterprise-class EMC storage technology, it provides easy file sharing, iSCSI block access, and RAID for optimized data protection. Business users will appreciate the robust data protection features, such as UPS support, print serving, folder quotas, device-to-device replication, and user-replaceable drives for business continuity and disaster recovery.

Easy installation, use and management
Iomega ix2-200 features a simple four step set-up wizard, intuitive user interface. Active Directory (AD) support allows the domain users and groups to authenticate to the AD service to access the StorCenter. The Iomega QuikTransfer button makes it easy to transfer data from a USB drive or to run a replication job without the need of a PC.
Multiple layers of data protection
Iomega ix2-200 provides device-to-device replication, encryption technology from RSA for protected installs and upgrades, e-mail notification, event logging and SNMP monitoring and UPS support for systematic, unattended shutdown in the event of power loss.
Advanced features
With remote access, you can connect to your business files, music, pictures, or videos from anywhere in the world. Folder quotas let you set a maximum capacity for shared storage folders, preventing any of them from consuming too much space.
