For easy dialling, you can save up to 50 contacts in the phonebook and redial the last number called. When on a call, you can use the mute feature to talk to someone in the same room without your caller hearing.
Want to talk handsfree?
Handsfree lets you talk to your caller without holding the handset, so you’re free to get on with other things, make notes or let other people in the room listen to the conversation over the loudspeaker. The green light on the handsfree button will illuminate when handsfree mode is on.
Want to see who’s calling before you pick up?1
If you subscribe to a Caller Display service, you’ll be able to see your caller’s number on the handset display (provided it’s not withheld) before you answer the call. If your caller’s name is stored in your phonebook and it matches the number calling, you’ll see the caller’s name displayed instead. There’s a Calls list that holds the numbers (and names if there’s a match with the phonebook) of your last 30 received calls.

Easy access to BT 15712
If you’ve subscribed to your network’s answering service like BT Answer 1571 or Call Minder, you can press the 1571 button to easily access the service and listen to your messages. The green light will flash when you have new messages waiting.
