Terms & Conditions
1) To qualify for entry you must be a resident in Great Britain. You must not be an employee, agent or director of dabs.com, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with dabs.com, or any member of any such person's family. Dabs.com reserves the right to verify the eligibility of applications.
2) To enter this prize draw, entrants must have both items in their basket and be able to prove so by emailing a screenshot of their basket to marketing@dabs.com. This must be done on Friday 13th March 2015 between 12am – 10am, 10am – 12pm, 12pm – 2pm and 2pm – 4pm for each prize respectively.
3) The prize(s) is/are not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative. The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value at any time
4) In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, conduct or the results, the decision of dabs.com shall be final.
5) Dabs reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
6) Entry to the prize draw is online only.
7) Winners will be randomly selected and contacted at the end of each prize giveaway period. Make sure you have both products in your basket or you will not have a chance of winning.
8) Winners will be contacted via e-mail on Friday 13th March 2015. Dabs decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a winner does not acknowledge a winning notification within 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
9) By entering into the Promotion, the winners agree and acknowledge that:(a) they may be contacted by the Promoter to provide comments about the prize draw and the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) may take photos of them;(b) the Promoter may use such comments and photos for the Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them;(c) the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as the Promoter wishes at any time, anywhere, and by any means. The Promoter may licence, authorise or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same;(d) by entering the Promotion, they grant to the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever purpose.
10) No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. Dabs.com has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
11) Dabs.com reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice if circumstances make this necessary. Any changes will be posted within the terms and conditions on the site.
