You may prefer to return the goods to us yourself using your own choice of courier or registered post. It really is that simple, just follow the instructions after selecting the option and return the item back to us via your own courier.

Please remember your RMA is only valid for 14 days so please return the item back to us as soon as possible.

When packaging your item, please make sure you include all original packaging, the item(s) are suitability packed and the returns address and RMA are clearly labelled. Please do not write directly on the packaging with pen/ink.
