Why didn't the ink or toner in my printer last as long as I'd expect?

If you've bought a printer, why the ink cartridges or toners included don't last long as you expected.

In brief

Although all of the printers we sell are ready to use "out of the box", and include a set of inks or a toner, a very small number of manufacturers only include a "tester" with a limited amount of ink/toner which will not last as long as a "full" set.

We suggest that when you order a printer or multifunction device, you also purchase a replacement set of inks or a toner.
