From time to time we issue coupon codes to our customers, these coupons might take the form of unique numbers sent to individual customers or a general coupon code. If you have a coupon code and are having difficulty using it, or just want to find out more, take a look at some of the commonly asked questions below.

How do I get a coupon code?

Coupons may either be sent to you personally or distributed on our marketing material, for example we may release special offer codes via our e-mails or on twitter.

How do I redeem my coupon?

Check the conditions of the coupon to find out what products qualify and if there is a minimum order value, when you have the qualifying item(s) in your basket, proceed to checkout. At any stage of checkout prior to the order confirmation screen you can enter your coupon code, just look for the "Got a coupon code" box on screen and click "Apply it here". Enter your coupon code in the box provided and select "Go". The coupon discount, if valid, will then be applied to your order and visible on the Place Order and Order Confirmation screens.

I've entered my coupon code and it doesn't work, why not?

There are a number of reasons why your coupon code may not work:

Please double check the conditions of the coupon to ensure that you and your order qualify, if you do meet the requirements then please enter the coupon code again to make sure it was entered correctly. How many times can I use my coupon code?

Certain coupon codes are for one time use only, others do allow multi-use, please check the conditions of the specific coupon.

What products can I use my coupon code on?

Coupon codes may relate to certain products, product categories or order thresholds, please check the conditions of the specific coupon.

If I cancel my order will I be able to use my coupon code again?

If an order is cancelled with one or more coupon discounts applied, the coupon will be made available to be redeemed again on another order

If I use my coupon code and subsequently return the item will I be able to use the coupon code again.

You will not be able to use your coupon code again online however you can contact customer services if you wish to re-order with the original coupon discount.

I had a coupon code and lost it, what should I do?

Please contact enquiries@dabs.com with information of where and when you received the coupon code. We will check if the coupon code is still valid, if you are eligible and, if appropriate, re-issue the coupon code.
